Marketing executive at Procter & Gamble

Adrijana is marketing executive in Procter & Gamble, responsible for Wella Salon Professional hair care prestige brands in global developing markets. She sets regional brand management strategies for 3 brands for Asia, Latin America and Middle East. Before moving to Switzerland, Adrijana lived in France and Denmark working for Chinese biotech “BGI” and market research “Euromonitor” companies in marketing functions.

She finished her Bachelor in economics in Vilnius University and later graduated from Copenhagen Business School with Master degree in Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Adrijana is looking forward to working with motivated students interested in marketing, brand management career or insights in innovation management.

Business Analyst/Fund Accountant at BlueBay Asset Management

Agne is Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and holds BSc Hons degree Business and Accounting. She started her professional career as an auditor in KPMG Baltics, Vilnius in 2007. Her clients’ portfolio included companies across energy, real estate, insurance, manufacturing and other industries. In 2010 she was seconded to KPMG London to take on a role within Investment Management division and specialised in Hedge Funds audit.

In early 2013 Agne worked for Association of Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) as a Manager of Accounting division. Her role, at large, was to represent members’ interest on Accounting Policy and Product Control matters to European Commission, UK and European standard setters and other institutions. In mid 2013 Agne joined BlueBay Asset Management finance division where she continues her career as business analyst/fund accountant, with main focus on Emerging Markets and Hedge funds.

She is also a member of Lithuanian City of London Club and leads LCLC Charity activity in 2015. Agne is looking to work with enthusiastic and motivated students who are willing to gain practical advice and receive mentoring in the areas of her expertise.

Aidas has been involved in international IT projects in Western Europe since 1996. As a software architect, he was responsible for designing, developing and implementing large scale cross-border enterprise software solutions for major players in financial services, automotive, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing industries. This mentor is competent in strategic consulting, conflict management, business development and intelligence, rapid prototyping, software architecture, natural language processing, large scale infrastructure and big data platforms, international software, cloud computing, SaaS business models. Aidas has experience in entering a wide range of new markets, e.g., Western Europe, USA, Middle East, Central Asia, Russia. While serving as a Board Member at Infobalt, Aidas founded Export Committee which helped over 60 companies and substantially expedited the export of Lithuanian IT services. It was one of the most successful projects carried out by Infobalt.
